In a significant step towards enhanced public service delivery in collection of revenues, the Mandera Municipality inaugurated its Huduma Centre on 10th January, 2023. The event marked a pivotal moment as it has streamlined access to a range of essential government services under one roof. The Senior County Team, led by CEC-Finance and Planning, Mr. Ibrahim, accompanied by CCO-Financial Services, Mr. Tache, CCO-Lands and Survey, Mr. Ismail, and CCO-Revenue Services, Mr. Ibrahim Issack, officially inaugurated the Mandera Municipality Huduma Centre. This initiative aims to enhance service delivery and eliminate bureaucracy in the revenue payment process.

 

The well-designed one-stop shop is staffed by qualified, competent, and experienced personnel extensively trained in customer care services and top-notch public relations skills. This ensures the comfort and satisfaction of valuable clients, meeting the needs of taxpayers.

 

The process, led by Municipality Manager Mr. Matkeir and Director of Revenue Services Mr. Samow, was successfully tested and certified for implementation and use.
